Introduction

Music has the power to move us — emotionally, mentally, and physically. Music Therapy uses scientifically proven techniques involving rhythm, melody, and sound to improve emotional well-being, reduce stress, and enhance self-expression. At our centre in Dwarka, sessions are designed to help clients reconnect with themselves through the healing power of music — no prior musical experience is required.

Our Approach

Each Music Therapy session is personalized according to your needs and emotional goals. Our therapist uses evidence-based techniques such as:

  • Active music making: Singing, humming, or playing simple instruments

  • Songwriting and lyric discussion: Expressing emotions creatively
  • Rhythmic entrainment: Using rhythm to regulate mood and movement
